About 'Taverna Tsambala'
Taverna Tsambala has been cooking in Lambi since 1952. From grandfather to grandson, three generations later, the kitchen still runs the same way: greek mezedes, saganaki flambéed at the table with ouzo, grandma's slow-cooked mains, wines chosen from smaller Greek and Koan producers. Sit in the Boukalia — the courtyard the family built from Peroni bottles in 1960 — and on Friday & Saturday evenings, live music carries through the summer night. The name on the door is still the family name. Find us in Lambi, just opposite the Fire station.
